Database management for a telecoms giant
It sounds rather incongruous to undertake telephone marketing for a telecoms giant. Yet that was the situation when we were tasked by the systems integration division of a leading company to rebuild an existing database. Through intelligence gathering and data checking we constructed a searchable ‘clean’ database that allowed easy identification of high value customers and prospects. In turn, this enabled our client to better understand its marketplace and target relevant communications to specific sectors.
